Revitalizing myself by creating beautiful art has always been a part of me. I love color and texture and have tried almost every craft medium. Metalsmithing is my current passion. I make silver beads which I incorporate with my handmade chain and wire work, add beads of flamed glass, gemstones, and Murano glass (which I chose myself in Venice) to make one of a kind bracelets. Recently I have been incorporating high karat gold and setting semiprecious stones into my jewelry design and playing with fold forming and coloring copper and silver. My style is contemporary. I like to learn new skills and incorporate them into my work. People describe my jewelry as beautiful and unique, light and colorful, whimsical and fun, and one of my favorite, from an Italian gallery owner in Bellagio, “Fantastico!”
